An Inclusive Cultural Sector in the Nordics

Arts Council Norway led the project An Inclusive Cultural Sector in the Nordics from 2017-2019. This is the final report.

The project aimed to identify challenges and find ways to create a more inclusive cultural sector.

Throughout the project, seven Nordic networks of artists, libraries, cultural centres, schools and other cultural organisations have worked together. They have shared methods and experiences, initiated new projects and developed knowledge on how to make the cultural sector more inclusive and relevant for cultural and ethnic minorities in the Nordic countries.

An Inclusive Cultural Sector in the Nordics was funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers and the Norwegian Ministry of Culture.
